It is a tidy bundle of your own record plus the proof photos you attached. A retailer decides what it accepts. If you attached no photos, the PDF says so plainly on its face, and every page carries a line saying this is a record entered by a user in an app and is not issued or verified by any retailer or manufacturer.

Expected. The stored key is bound to your current enrollment, so a reboot or a change to your face or fingerprint invalidates it. Unlock with your passcode once and re-enable biometric access in Settings.
